  » selection of the suitable candidates ( gathering cvs /resumes and other documents)
  » interview the candidates ( verifying all their certificates, diplomas, references, working history as well as testing their English language or other foreign languages required by the employer )
  » translations of all required documents in the language requested by the Employer
